I have a M1114 and behind the passenger seat there is a box with bunch of electrical including the re-set button for the transmission. Should this box have a cover on it? I looked for one in the parts manual and cannot find it. Seems it should be covered. Anyone know where to get a cover?
Couple questions: My M1114 has a rear winch--can you add another winch to the front? The manifold under the hood where the rear winch hydraulic lines attach appear to have more connection points---i assume for a front winch? Also can you move rear winch to front?
So i have a M-1114 and wanting to change serpentine belt. i realize i have to disconnect hydraulic line from in front of fan. is this hard to do? Looks like there is an access plate on the side---is this how to do it?
Can anyone give me correct part number for the transmission filter? I have a 2005--- M1114 with 4 speed overdrive. Also what should i use as fluid in trans and transfer case?

not sure I will just trying to get info. I have some knocking going on and oil pressure gauge in the 10-15 psi when warm. I will be testing the oil pressure at the sender. it runs good going down the road though.
