I added power assist steering and radials ( 11R22.5) at the same time all I did was flip the front axle caster shims. I just reused the factory OEM shims . I don't have a clue as to the degree they were .
My Power Wagon has LSD in both front and rear Dana 60 axles . They are Dana Power Lock , these are not the same as a Detroit Locker , but this thing will absolutely drive anywhere on this planet with ease . Add the locker and never look back .
I did get stopped in my old M35 , it was running waste transformer oil . Non PCB . The inspector dipped his tube into the tank , dumped it on the ground and dipped it again , proceeds to ask me “ want is this ? “ I told him I don’t have a clue ! I have never put fuel in it since I purchased it...
Off Road only , I understand if you own property on two sides of a road , all is well for off road / farm use . If anything else you will loose all your profit x 10 in federal fines
I have done a few early Ford steering columns , very similar design just a huge amount smaller than an M35. I cut the shaft in a lathe , center bore ( drill ) it , taper it to near a point . Do the same to the splined shaft of choice. Add a pin to align the shafts . Weld them together , turn...

Man those were the days , spent 35 years in the gas and liquid propane moving industry . Those are some of the nicest best laid out trucks I have ever seen , After 14 or 16 hours of climbing in and out of a bad designed truck , you will understand why , take your time and lay it out for your...
Great video , only issue I see is the 1/4 NPT brass coupling . It’s not rated for the pressure your applying to it . The small diameter is what is keeping it intact I suppose . Where is the pump from ? that’s a cool piece of equipment . I have used a port a power type pump in the past . Thanks...
Should bolt right up , just don’t know if it’s rated for the BT , torque output . SAE 2 for the BT maybe a bit tuff . I had a few SAE 3 but never a SAE 2
