If I recall, to really get it lubricated properly, you need to remove it from the truck and flip it, then take it apart. Somewhere on this forum I read that is how someone got theirs freed up good.
Mine was very smooth and just had one small snag spot after install that was due to a bend in the cab that bad the gasket bulge and rub on some of the hardware. I pointed it out in the video. Only other issue is I'd like the brake handle to hold a bit better.
I take it you have this in a FMTV from the picture?
Did it move free before you mounted it or was it on there when you got the truck? Is the gasket on there?
