Looks like it is that time of year again to plan for the 4th of July Parades.

This year we are once again going to partake in the Bethany Parade. Here is a link to last years event.

I have signed up for 8 trucks so let me know who can attend. As a big bonus, candy can be thrown along the parade route.

This parade is along historic Route 66

Breakfast was great at the Runway Cafe so we will meet there again.

Breakfast time: 0730hrs - Annie Okie Runway Cafe, Wiley Post Airport
Convoy to Parade: 0845hrs - http://mapq.st/12r299R
Parade Entry Point: NW 42nd and Rockwell
Lineup Deadline: 0930hrs
Lineup Location: Near NW39 and Peniel - Next to SNU Campus
Parade start : 1000hrs
Parade length: 1 mile


As usual, things may change so please be flexable


In the past we have attended the Edmond Liberty Fest, but seemed to always lose out to the Model A club for 1st place.

I have got to find my own Jeep.. I can;t pull the trailer and gun with this Jeep Cherokee. It just doesn;t look right. Next time fellas we will set up and shoot the gun...

Looks like we are entry #10 this year. For some reason they think we can fit all the trucks in the parking lot next to the Model As. Will they every learn?

Enter from the corner of NW 42nd St and Rockwell. They will guide you down the one way street to the corner of Peniel and NW 40th. You must be at the staging area by 0930hrs or you will not allowed in.

I am not throwing candy but it is allowed. There are alot of people but maybe not as many as the Del City parade.
