i have a M1097R1 and it appears to have 4 fan belts---3 that are the same size and one that is smaller. Any idea where i can order these?

Unless you have ac or something else weird all the V belts are the same, you need three matched belts and a shorter P/S belt that does not need to be matched to the alt. belts.
You can check with the usual suspects Kascar has some just search for V belts.
If you need the part numbers they are easily found in the parts TM that is here for free download but that should not be necessary just to find belts.
Just deal with a reputable dealer, pay a little more get more.
