Anyone where I might get a R-110 Receiver?

I'm starting to overhaul and restore all my radio systems for my M-42 Command Truck. My R-110 is pretty hammered (especially the outer case) and I was wondering if anyone might know of a good source to find a replacement (either outer case or complete radio).

Fair radio is completely sold out (lots of R-108's and R-109's - just my luck!).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
