few questions regarding a flat tire

I just purchased a 5ton with a flat tire. I've never had a 5ton, or a deuce, with singles on it before. in the first picture you will see the flat tire.
My question is : is that tire fully flat or still holding some air? I would think that if it were at 0, then the rim would be on the ground. Maybe i'm wrong though, because I bet the sidewall is pretty strong on those.

second, assuming that it's flat, I could probably replace the tube and be good to go. The rear rims should match the front rim (pic 2) right, and from looking at it, can I take it apart with those outer bolts and change the tube myself or will I need special big tire tools?

That looks like a tubeless tire with a o-ring between the two halves . You can about be sure the sidewall is damaged and the tire junk. It might work airing it up for a short low speed trip ,other wise figure on replacing it.

crap you are right it is tubeless. Is there any way I can put a tube in it to salvage it? where can I find info on changing it myself, or will I have to take it somewhere.

It's 150 miles from home, so if the spare happens to blow too, I guess I could always chain up that side of the axle
