Harmonic Balancer Marks M1008

I was examining my harmonic balancer when I found witness marks around the outer rim. Further evaluation I found the timing marker was loose and rubbing against the balancer. Dont know if it would cause damage or just an annoyance.
Always something else to check......;-)
