Hummer tires, rims, run-flats

How do you remove the rubber style run-flat commonly found in the 37" tires? The magnesium ones are piece of cake but man, I finally had to cut the rubber one out... :-/ Let me know how dumb I am or what trick I need to know or if it's even possible....Thanks!

2 ratchet straps and tire lube. Check the LAV tire thread, he had the same problem.
