Insects blocking brake vent lines?

Nothing new there. No matter where you live, this is, and always will, be a problem.

Check your fuel tank vent hose, did mine yesterday. Located under the spare, you can get to it from the bed of the truck.
Mine was plugged tight. Remove the hose from the top tank fitting try to blow thru it.. M1078

catch 22 is this IMHO would get blocked by mud pretty quick . IMHO.... run all vents up to a air cleaner like box (6" PVC tube?) in the spare tire area.
