Looking for a particular jeep.

So this is a shot in the dark. I'm looking for a 53 M38A1 that my grandfather owned. It was the last one he restored before he passed away in 95. It was a USMC marked jeep with hood numbers only. They were done in black vinyl. The hood number was 350000950. This is the only thing I know about this jeep. I don't have a SN# so the I hope someone has seen this jeep or knows the owner. I would really just like to see what it looks like now. I'm not interested in buying it.

Update. I found out that this jeep was sold to a fellow in Angola, Indiana. He had the jeep until 3 years ago. Says he sold it to someone in the Wabash or Huntington, IN area. So the search continues.

I'm the MVPA vice president of Indiana and I looked through our members list and no one in that area has a 53 M38A1. But I'm not going to give up on this. I would really like to see it.
