They're LEDs...sixteen Whelen TIR 3, four TIR 6 and the PTZ mount has four of the Soundoff Signal EGHST1B

Yeah, he may say that...but I think he really likes it though

And yes, it will float as it is (when I bolt the bottom covers back on) but it's not going to happen. I have too much time and money in it already, so I really dont want to take a chance of getting water in the bearings.
