M923a1 AMG, BATTERY RECOMMENDATION

Fellow Steel Soldiers:

I come to THEE with a question. I have a M923 84'ish AMG....that is reading 16.8volts and has one OR MORE bad batteries.

What type of batteries are you guys using?

A fellow soldier that had to spend $750 on a tow because someone turned off the truck during a recovery, and we couldn't jump it!

I have two brand new batteries that go in a HONDA car, that I'm using for my MEP002a gen set. Would these work?

Yes, wire the two batteries in series to produce 24VDC.

It is not rocket science and it has been covered before.
