MTVR ground location

The gauge cluster on my MTVR is acting like it isn't grounded out properly. Does anyone know where the gauges are grounded to on the truck? or just ground locations in general? Thanks

Big grounding cluster on the bottom right of the firewall inside cab near the pedals covered in silicone
