In case any of you seek, or have access to current parts NSNs for the Deuce (Heck some of you may be sitting in a Motorpool....)
Here's a throttle cable fix that will eventually come out in PS Mag and such.

Need assistance with finding the NSN for a push pull throttle control cable assembly for your M35A2 21/2 Ton Truck? If you've ordered NSN 2590-00-693-0612, it's not the correct item - the characteristics data show the cable as being 51-inches long, but what you'll receive is a 44-inch long cable, NSN 2590-01-163-5010 that cable will not work on the M35A2.
The throttle cable you should order for the M35A2 is NSN 2590-00-6780-3089, managed at S9C. The FEG LOG says it's only 10-inches long, but that isn't true - the drawing shows it to be 53-inches long.
