PDF 's on hte OLD SS SIte

I have found that i can not print some of the PDF's on the site like the Deuce Axle paper with the photo my photo steps ..... i have researched and found that some PDF files must have a permission set for printing in the security of the PDF by the maker of the file .

has anyone had printing denied ?
