picture help

every time I post a picture for a thread it comes up like this (below) and not as a picture. Can you help.

At the bottom under message box click on manage attachments then go to browse find them in your computer and click on them.Then click upload It cant be to hard I did it my first try. hope this helps.

That is exactly what I do and they never come up as pics! Just comes up as a link. I did talk to mike about it... oh well, thanks though
