Seen 3 M1008s in Pittsburgh PA, anybody from here?

I have a M1008 that im currently working on and its an electrical mess with the alternators thats im trying to figure out, but on a side note i seen 3 today and was wondering if its anybody from here? They clearly were not trucks from a base either and the people that were driving them were in no type of uniform.

I have seen the guys drive out of the Oakland repair shop all the time out of uniform.
