I decided to replace fluid and filter today however i noticed the filter is not rigidly held in place by the bolt and spacer and just sort of hangs there on it, is this correct? reason i ask is it seems the filter is leaving wear spots on the pan bottom and the filter is sort of loose however the bolt is not.
