What is the yellow bottle

What is the yellow bottle on the firewall next to the steering column? I have seen it on numerous deuces on the GL auction site.

You guys are both wrong, that bottle is to hold mustard for use at the cookout portion of Steel Soldiers Rallies on TM approved foods, like hot dogs and hamburgers.

Its part of the manifold heater. Part of the arctic heat kit. On my M109A3, the color is orange, if that helps.
