There's an ex-hong kong Saracen on Milweb in the UK...3500$ GBP. Tanks-a-lot.co.uk has Saracens from 4k to 6500, FV432s for the same.

Obviously, this is an ancient thread, but for anyone looking for Saracen, they are readily available in UK. Do not get the cheapest you can find, as the savings will pale in comparison to the effort/cost of curing any deficiencies. I bought one over there and had a specialist shop overhaul it. There is a tight group of people who are legit and worth dealing with, and you have to be careful if dealing with random people. Before buying mine, I had the restoration shop go to Tanks a lot to look at some ferrets, and I was told their vehicles are all beat up and rot outside. Your best bet is to join hmvf forum (the British version of this site) and find someone who's transitioning out of theirs. There are a couple guys on that site who are real experts (Terry from Australia and Matt Kill from UK), and they are always posting and answering questions.
