Who was plowing with a whistler turbo in Woburn am on 12/29/12

Just passed a stinky whistler in woburn massachusetts
plowing the roads.we were behind you and I could hear the turbo. Thought to muself who would be pushing snow other then another steel soldier.

I don't know who this was but he got a steal of a truck if it is the one I am thinking of .. I saw it on craigs list for $2,500 last year ... the ad said "plow optional" so they must have bought the plow too.
