when you single rear wheel the deuce does it bring the overall width of the truck down?

If you can get it to about 7 1/2 foot that would be good
I'm trying to fit it in a 10 foot driveway but still have room to maneuver it and walk past it. It's got a planter on one side and the house on the other so every inch counts

If you use the stock M35 rims and flip hubs around total width will be less than the duals by aprox overall 5-6 inches. As you look at truck from front to rear tires will all line up straight. So you can get an idea of width by measuring the width of your front wheels.

I was looking at a diagram, and it showed the bed being wider than even the dual wheels. Is that the case? So even if I went single the bed would still stick out? Also, is the dropside bed the same overall width?

thanks

Even going singles, you still have the width of the bad, and don't forget the mirrors that stick out even further! The dropside bed is maybe an inch wider because of the hinges. Internally it's the same width.
