how do i change this to a .jpg

im trying gl one more time for something for my father. no more faxing. have a digital picture of the DL. scanned the euc and emailed it ti gl.

lady said the image was not in a .pdf or .jpg. from what it said on my computer, the image is in .jpg.

so how do i make sure of this? thanks

When you save and it has .jpg at the end it is for sure a jpeg.

Check your scanner settings. Make sure the scanned image is not saved as a BMP, TIF, GIF or some other file type with these extensions. Set the save image as "JPG" on your scanner.
