Listing a classified add

I listed a classified add for a hardtop a few days ago. I've been looking for it but it's not listed. When you list an add does it have to wait untill someone approves it before it's listed? If that's the case that's fine I just want to make sure I didn't do something wrong and it didn't go through.

Yes, it does have to be approved and they aren't usually dealt with on the weekends.
