Kathy at Toby

If there ever is a GL employie that needs some recognition it's Kathy. She's always ready to help you and is never seen without a warm, friendly smile.When Tobyhanna used to sell I looked forward to picking up my lots as she always made you feel at home and would not hesitate to give you help if needed.A+ for you Kathy!!!!!!!!

I've never met her but have dealt with her by phone several times. She has always been helpful and very good about returning calls and tracking down answers.
