Lynnwood, WA area

Hey guys. kinda not the right spot means im not a newbie, or in the area. but Have some family going to be going to school in Lynnwood. Trying to help find housing and such within about a 30 min drive. of the town and not pay 700-1000+ for a simple 2 bedroom apartments and such. Can anyone help with any insight that is from that area? would be kinda nice to be actually in a small town or outta town for fact of possibilites of a couple MVs ending up out there if they "happen to get acquired"
