NYS DMV and Broadway Title Service

All,

Has anyone recently (last 6 months or so) reggied a truck in NYS using a Boradway Title Service or International Title Service issued title?

I heard some rumors that they didnt accept them any more.
Anyone got more info?

About 10 minute after I posted that I remembered the part about Broadway... Anyone know about International Title Service?

The problem is how they do business. Both do business the same so I would hazard a guess that it is a no. The way they do business circumvents legitimate titles and the same technique is used by professional car thieves. I have no personal knowledge so you might be able to sneak one by them but I doubt it. Let us know what you find.
