You may be trying to send a picture that is too large. I know I had that problem at first. Try resizing them to the correct 640X480 resoulution. There is an image resizer available in the resources section(an XP Power Toys tool). It should fly then.

I am gonna lock this up until poor rich can figure out the problem. He has the xp utility, but for some reason, he still cant get them to post. he even tried emailing them to me for posting and that didnt work either.
