best source for surplus humvees?

I got a friend that is in the market for a military humvee. Either a solid affordable one, or a hulk that can be rebuilt. Cost is an issue, so it doesn't need to be one of these restored good condition ones, just the genuine article. I told him he might look for a civi hummer and paint it and strip the interior, but those things hold their value!

Any ever come up at unknown auctions where the price won't shoot way up?

I have a wholesaler that sells them. My cost is $23,000 for a solid used one. He won't let junk or rebuilds out his door. Let me know if y'all are interested. It's cheaper than a civy one and more durable too.

very cool, I'll let him know. Although he live in Malibu he gets kind of cheap when it comes to vehicles, go figure. But man, now I'm tempted, I never really was fond of the HMMWV, but it would be a sweet vehicle......
