I'm completely new to this hobby so please be patient guys!!!! I've always had gas engines.
I just purchased a great M1009 6.2L
I'm about to install a lower radiator hose heater.
What is the recommended antifreeze/coolant to replace and what is the capacity?
Thanks in advance.
And yes i searched.

Anything will work, but I like to use the kind for heavy duty diesel engines. I use Chevron's DELO Extended Life Coolant for all my diesel powered vehicles. Capacity is 25 quarts. All the CUCV manuals are available for download here on Steel Soldiers.... Did you get them yet?
