Need forum only about GL titling.

Just like the title says. It appears that GL is actively going out of there way to prevent the issuing of any sort of document that can be used to title any MV they sell. I was just told today that as a policy they are no longer providing the VIN on the BIll of Sale, and will not even provide it to the buyer. This prevents the obtaining of trip permits from many states, and I believe prevents titling with the BIll of Sale. We need a seperate section to help people deal with GL and if needs be how to start a small claims suit. This information is available scattered about in several other forums.
