Nice thing about tan CARC is that if its tight on the truck, its like a sponge to new paint. I had a tan deuce that I painted 383 green ans the paint stuck like glue. All I did was scrub and powerwash it.

thanks for the complimemts its been my dream to own one of these since 18 years old and was in the army drove my first one in Panama C.A. and been hooked ever since finly got my own. About the paint I was thinking of sandblasting a good part of the truck because there is a lot of paint build up and in place it is chipping in chunks I would like to hear everyones thoughts on this though

Never thought of that would be alot easier and not such a mess beside keeping the sand away from lubed parts

Using a flat fan spray pattern and holding the wand at a low angle to the painted surface you should be quite impressed with the results. Try a commercial rental business to rent one instead of buying or borrowing one.
