every time I drain my tanks, the inner tank is full of water, the outer seems to have a bit of mist now and then, but the inner one always blasts out a spray. Is that a sign something is wrong? Where's that inlet that was mentioned that I can put some water dryer into? thanks <img src="emoticons/icon_smile_help.gif" alt="Help">

That's normal. The inner tank is the secondary to the system and primary to the compressor. So, when you run the truck the inner tank kind of acts like a water filter. As soon as I can afford it ($100) I'm installing an air dryer on the truck to prevent the air system from rusting.
