couple more... and the magnet on the corner of my doors are the 'Unless you are in the NUDE please do not lean on this military vehicle" Was a great hit at rod run, seeings how there are so many good looking women, my buddies would ask them after they would read it and say 'hey so you wanna lean on it for free' or 'get naked and start leaning' haha great times especially with the firefighter buddies and of course the M818 ;-)

That is a very cool run!

I have been warned not to take the M35 to the beach because it could get stuck. Mine has 6000LB of shelter in the bed if that makes a difference.

opcom - i took my deuce out in the sand the year before and it did great. With both trucks i never even let air out of the tires either. The 5ton has approx 100 obs too and it still did good and in our deuce we run 55 front 50 rears so i could imagine if the tires were deflated.... :) thats when the ctis would be nice hehe oh well. Plus i just let the truck do its thing and not push it

maddawg - ya the trailer does look small but it worked great for 'pitching a tent' because it was the tent hehe and it became our 'bar' after bar hours at our camp site ;-) was great times...

steelsoldiers - got em via auction

m1075 - you owe me money for biddin it up higher than i expected hehe was still worth it though

kurt - there were probably 20 people stuck that i saw alone but everyone was scared of me pulling them out cuz they didn't want anything pulled off lol....besides it was funny just to sit there watching the toyota attempt to pull others out almost getting themselves stuck

everyone else - thank you for the comments always love to hear everyones opinions :)

btw lets play a game....can anyone guess whats under that cavas tarp on the trailers...

ya it's literally a donut spare compared to those tires lol... once the truck comes back home with me i'm going to look at it and see how I can mod it to have a spare up there and also some sort of a crane to load/unload it lol as i would not want to do either ;-)

MilitaryRestoration, could you please tell me about the wheels on your M818? Those are the wheels I want and they do not look like a bolt-together combat wheel - are they HEMMT 2-piece (front) and 3-piece wheels (rears) ?

This thread is almost 10 years old, Military Restorations has not been active since 2015, kinda doubt he will answer.
