    rain water in exhaust

I got a sheet metal screw in the glovebox just for that little hole I made . I put it in when I go for a Safety Inspection to get regular truck plates. Now I don't need the inspection as I run Antique (once in my life time) plates .

    20,000lb wrecker winch shear pins

20,000 Lb winch on a duce? ....My 543 needs the outriggers and the ground spades because the brakes/tires won't hold to the ground in a 38,000 Lb truck. I use the 20,000 Lbers to "chain off" when I use the main drag wench (40,000)

Help get the TM link back on line.

I sure miss the TM,FM,and PMs , and the Mil comic books. Last time I saw them was on the old site.

    rain water in exhaust

I drilled a hole in the patch that I had welded at the bottom of the "J" pipe Which was all ready rusted out. Watch out when you start it up as that slobber/soot/oil makes a mess and stains.

    Mandatory Deuce tools

I might suggest a tow chain that can double for a tire cage when inflating a dismounted/replaced tire wheel combination. Lots of guys have lost their head over that.

    deuce recovery gone bad

Bad air pacs can cause "stuck" brakes too.If you shut off the engine, and bleed down the air, and the truck will then freeup, thats a bad airpac. That can happen just sitting over winter.I have seen where some airtool oil put in the airpac will help.
