have you verified splines on linkage were'nt worn and maybe its slipping and not actually turning splined end into valve body? was valve body cleaned after shaft broke? maybe a piece went into it. keep us posted
The original linkage hooks up as original, the reb shifter should have a threaded rod that screws into a piece that sticks out top of the valve body cover should have a rubber boot around it towards back half of the valve body cover..if piece didnt fall down into the cover. I can get pics after...
WEEEE..got a plate..gotta find a decent spot on front for plate looks odd against the tan, brakes work decent! still got one or two wheels that need some bleeding i think. or maybe adjusting. few more spots to sand and paint, cab be going back together next. then work on tires and rims.
I figured his were, i know mines not thats why id like some pictures see what i'm missing. What's been changed etc. mines been swapped onto a gmc m211 chassis. id like to get it outfitted with the period correct accessories for the body. and curious to how they chnged the bed etc on the swap...

YES, they love it every year we go to the weare rally, 3 day event 100+ vehicles and vendors. we usually camp on site didn't this year. did the trail rides always cool rolling in a convoy of 20+ vehicles of old military iron.
