Thank you for your help!!! Yes, the red push pull off switch. Once I replaced the fuel filter, I primed for about 20 seconds and the engine stared after about 30 revolutions (motor turning over). It ran and then shut off after 15 20 seconds. I started it another 4 times and it did the same...
That was the problem. Needed that fuel filter. Starts and runs for about 30 seconds and shuts off. None of the green lights work along with the on/off emergency shut off button on the switch panel. Checked a few fuses inside and they were all good.

Just reversed what I did to take the rear curtain off, and used some heavy duty all weather sealant ( 3M 5200 Marine Sealant ) on all the metal to metal surfaces.
