    EUC denied......?

Anything that falls under ITAR or the Commerce Control List requires an EUC. Generally, most surplus items are CCLI because they are Dual Use Goods. Meaning they can be used for civilian or military use. The issue is that the transfer case could be exported to Iraq and used on a broken down...

    HMMWV Export Question

That is correct, even a temporary trip to canada is considered an export. The selling to a foreign national in country is a bit tricky as there are a ton of variables. If the foreigner expresses he is going to export it after you sell to him, you will probably need the export license. It also...

    EUC denied......?

The EUC serves a few purposes. First, it allows the USG to conduct due diligence on the buyer and their business. It allows the USG to ensure no parties involved in the transaction are on any ITAR Debarred lists, Denied Persons Lists by BIS, specially designated individuals/ nationals by OFAC or...

    HMMWV Export Question

Even though it was sold without an EUC the federal regulations of Export Controls still apply to the HMMWV. Some people seem to think that a DEMIL HMMWV is just like a jeep or truck and can be taken anywhere without an export license. That's a huge mistake. I believe the HMMWVs that are sold to...

Can the Gov't confiscate a vehicle after the sale? Putting that fear mongering to bed

I encourage you all to read the CV4 contract ( DLA Rolling Stock Contract). It has multiple sections on returns of property because the DoD needs it or because of DEMIL Change. Just google CV4R DLA.

    Issues with SF-97

Just a thought that could be off base, on dates of sales. If you bought a HMMWV or any other EUC item, the sale isn't final until the EUC is approved. Once its approved that's when our sales are considered approved and final.

    Euc

Generally speaking a felony will not prohibit you from getting EUC clearance. Unless it involves violating ITAR, or illegally trafficking arms. I've asked TSC this question before.

    939 EUC's ? Months after auction???

Spoke with GP this morning. If you have picked up the item, you dont need to submit an EUC. If the item is still on the yard you will need an EUC. They explained to me that there are a bunch of demil code changes happening and that the automated system is triggering emails to us who already...

    Fort Drum GL Chaos

I would file a complaint with the DLA Office of the Inspector General.

    Fort Drum GL Chaos

You could even file a complaint to the DLA Inspector Generals Office. Sorry for the duplicate post. Mods can you delete this one?

    Fort Drum GL Chaos

That is concerning. If any of these items were DEMIL Q and an EUC is submitted. The serial numbers need to match for what the actual property is and whats on the EUC packet in Trade Security's Office.

FNG - EUC 1 Just cleared -Houston, TX

If you got the DLA letter, you have been cleared by TSC. I would contact GovPlanet's customer service.

    What's your EUC wait time

If you have been cleared by TSC within 3 years, you are considered a previous buyer. The turn around time is much quicker.
