So brake switch is working properly and still no torque converter lock up. Now I am leaning to the conclusion that the torque converter itself maybe cracked or damaged.

Something is definitely not right with this transmission then. 4th gear is 3000 rpm at 55.

It’s definitely shifting 1-2,2-3,3-4. What type of RPM should it be at with a 4.08 differential and 4l80e?

So why would it be only going 55mph turning 3000 rpm’s. My guess was the 3.08 differential?

Do you have any idea why the fan would come on at 185? I have put two different Temperature switches and a new Time delay module. The fan is off on a cold start and as soon as it hits 185 it comes on and stays on. I have also checked it with an IR thermometer and it is truly at 185.

Where did you end up getting it?

Did your AC work out using the bracket?
