    MEP - 803A: No crank issue

    I do have the TMs. Went through as much of it as we could with the time we had. Using a NATO cable, we have the same results. Shouldn't that bypass the batteries and start it then? In a last ditch effort, we crossed the starter and it turned over, but wouldn't catch.

    No, it does not. Both batteries are reading 12.64v and it's around 25v at the panel.

    10kw gen. no power to control panel

    I'm having the same issue. 24v at all of S1 in OFF, but no voltage when I'm RUN for any of them. Any ideas?
