    Thank you for the information. I just had my mechanic digging through it, checking relays and such. He's going to call the manufacturer tomorrow and try getting a wiring schematic and/or some of their knowledge as well!

    Rebuilt alternator, tests 27 volt at the shop, installed in tractor and puts out 15ish...? 12v alt puts out 14v all good. Any suggestions?

    Hey, on my '93 1070, I rebuilt the front alternator (24v) and installed new batteries. Amp gauge in dash shows about 20, truck runs fine all day but turn it off and just click click dead batteries. Any ideas? Rear alternator maybe now?

    Sorry to barge in, but I have a 1993 1070 and can't even find the a/c compressor and also don't know if it's R-12 or 134. Any knowledge on this?
