    Looking at a MUTT

    I've got my MUTT insured as a MUTT. Hagerty's asked me for a make/model/year and I told the model was an M151A2. My VA registration lists the model as "M151A2" as well; the VA title lists the body style as "pick-up" though. When I asked why, I was told "'Jeep' is a manufacturer, not a body style...

I manged to get a VA title with surprisingly little effort, by passing both Vermont as well as any titleing services. (Had I known how easy it was going to be I'd've done even some of that differently.) Unimog Guy...

The person I just spoke with said a bill of sale won't work, that I need something that proves the seller is authorized to sell it to me (basically, a title or registration.)
