I got the same problem, any info lent my m1009 out to a friend he put dot 3 in the MC now break pedal falls no breaks at all

What does the Glow plug controller card control on a 1986 m1009 ? How do I check it ,and can anyone help me with this as well my 1st battery keeps dying out rebuilt the alternator and dont know if I'm sapose to have any wires that go from alternator 1 to the 1st battery or just the block
