UPDATE !! I just found out my truck is not a M1008 but a M1028 i took a good look at the plate on the door and it said M1028 and through the help of this site i check my vin and it is a 1GCHD. I am really happy about that !!:)

I would like to just trying to work out some little bugs at this point then work on the "extra's" but i have to tell everybody this site is great for info and help !!

Yeah i love the truck it is in good shape. This morning it was really cold problay 20 something degrees and it started really well just waited for the glow pllug light to shut off and it cranked right up i was surprised. The color is like a dark dark green def. lighter than the interior. It...

Just wanted to show you guys my first M1008. It's an 87 with 67,000 miles on it. I love it other than the tall gears (my daily driver). I plan on painting it back carc green like it was, and restoring it back to how it should be. (other than bigger tires).
