No, another member referred me to this company to purchase the parts. They are a parts supplier only; they do not do the work. I had a heck of a time trying to find someone in Spokane to do the work, and ended up doing it myself.

Yes, it has both the electric brake and the cable operated brake. I have not had the cables fabricated yet, but plan on that next week. I am wiring in the electric brakes this weekend.
