Finished installing the 6.5 turbo & doghead starter mod - working on snorkel and EGT gauge.

I'd suggest looking on craigslist. The guy i bought mine from had 3 more just like it. And fortunately, he was in the middle of a turbo conversion so i got plenty of tips on what to do.

Found a 6.5 turbo for $250 - all parts including the blocker plate, oil line mods, etc. Will be putting it on this weekend.

I just scrapped mine and it was just over 800lbs. Got $.25/lb for the works "high break aluminum". Didn't know there was a market for these..

I have the same problem with fuel bleeding back to the tank on my M1031. Is there a check valve on the fuel supply line as well as the return line? If nothing else, I've seen the AutoZone spin on filters for $65...
