I am called "Chuck" and served in the US Army reserves as a military intelligence officer during the early 70s, worked in telecom for 20 years before becoming a teacher where I worked another 20 years. I retired from teaching and became a gentleman farmer in Lamar County, Texas. On retirement, I became active in several local service clubs, the Camp Houze MVPA group out of Gainesville, TX and act as the driver for General Patton (Denny Hair) and the 3rd Army. I prepared supper on M37 field stoves for the 2015 MVPA Bankhead Highway Convoy on its arrival in Paris, TX, did the entire 2017 MVPA Route 66 Convoy as the convoy medic and am looking forward to future convoys.

Organic farming, carpentry and cabinet building, restoring military vehicles.
