I kinda figured thats what it was which leads to the question can you remove the air cylinder without removing the case from the truck? The reason I ask is there is a cross member located in front of the cylinder that would limit the removal.

I got a problem with an air shift transfercase. when i flip the switch to engage the front shaft i get air coming out vent on top of the transfercase and it does not engage. any ideas? thanks

alright thanks derby for pointing out the obvious(i should have addressed that first) the flasher unit (one on the firewall one on the inner fender)fixed the problem. thanks everyone for all the input if nothing else i know where the wiring diagram is now

i will swap it tomorrow i just had a similiar issue in my dump truck and it was the flasher

alright changed out the headlight switch. headlights working normal no turn signal no light with turn signal on.
