Hi folks.
Has anyone the original M1009 "RPO code decal" in the glovebox?
I need only a picture from the decal. Mine is gone and I want to repro it.
Can´t find one in the world wide web!
Thanks!

The best way to find the leak:
Wash all the dirt, grease and lubricant away. Take a good cleaning solvent. (I am using "motorcycle-cleaner")
Let the truck time for drying.
Then drive a few miles, and watch where it´s come from!
Good luck!
I don´t know if it´s the same, .... but I´m using "motor-cycle-cleaner" for cleaning those things. There were many engine compartments that I have switched to a "new like" look with this. Spray it on the cold surfaces, wait 30 minutes, and use a steam cleaner to wash all the dirt down. Awesome...

Hi!
Thanks @ all!
I´ve every original (not used) part saved in sealed boxes for the future.
My rule: "Every part comes, and goes with that truck!"
So it can be reinstalled at any time. I close the holes with a plug, or I weld in a piece of sheetmetal.
I wrap the loose connector to the...
A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Can I remove the complete diag-harness (big plug under the dash) without any trouble with the rest of the electric?
The connector is outside under the glowplug-resistor at the firewall. Can I disconnect it?
The truck is nearly complete teared down for a frame-off-resto! So...
Hi,
I´ve found a pic from an older Series convertible K5 on goooo.... (before 76). But I am not shure, if these bodys are smilar to my 83!
The only way to find this point out is, to construct a variable high into the carrier-frame. When I can turn around the metal monster with my little...
